I further acknowledge that I have reviewed the privacy policies available at the Site(s) and understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time by informing Canadian Viewpoint Inc. at info@canview.com and that my personal information will be deleted when Canadian Viewpoint Inc. receives my withdrawal unless I inform them that I want them to keep my personal information in order to facilitate provision of any honorarium for which I may be eligible and after distribution of such honorarium(s) to me, CVI will then securely delete my personal information.
